In 1803 a new ballot for the order of precedence of the counties was drawn intended to be valid until the end of the war. It in fact remained valid until 1833.
The counties of England, Wales and Scotland were now numbered in one list.
There was no new ballot in Ireland and apart from a few changes that list was the same as before.

The numbers in the first column show the order of precedence of the county.
